This original cake was designed for a girls 19th birthday cake. She likes rubber ducks and flowers-enough said. The sponge is chocolate.

This cake was made for a charity raffle. I created a simple blue theme, as it is pretty but not gender specific, therefore more people are likely to want to buy tickets to try and win the cake.

This cake was made for a 21st birthday. It was designed specifically for a girl who liked rainbow colours and enjoys something a bit unusual!

This is the family christmas cake, each year a new character will be added to the scene.

This birthday cake was created for a person who loved Dennis the Menace. Apart from the string on the go-kart the models are completely edible.

My inspiration for this cake came from the character Audrey 2 from the musical Little Shop of Horrors. Both the actual cake and the plant pot are made out of sponge: the main one fruit cake and the plant pot chocolate, and the whole thing is decorated with fondant icing.

This simple 3 tier wedding cake was one of the first cakes I ever created . The sprays have a number of different pulled and cut flowers including small carnations and roses. I also placed in some white and silver ribbon and dusted some of the flowers with pearl white edible lustre to give the cake a modern but elegant feel.
