Christmas has come around once again!

The two cakes I was asked to ice this Christmas. Both Gluten free, but surprisingly similar in texture and flavour to gluten included cakes!    

Summer Wedding cake

I was asked to make a wedding cake in the summer. They came to me with a purple and yellow theme, asking for a 'quirky' design. This is what I came up with and went down well. Inside is a banana cake with vanilla buttercream.
